About the Role:

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Senior Salesforce Developer with a growth mindset and a commitment to technical excellence. As a key member of our agile development community, you will build and maintain our Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with our in-house insurance platform, while embracing industry best practices and standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions to the required quality, design, coding, performance, and security standards in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Provide production support through investigations of incidents, triage, and fixes.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, prioritizing the use of automated testing standards and techniques.
  • Use a mixture of Low Code and Click-driven solutions alongside more customized coded and developed options when required.
  • Create and support custom Lightning Web Components, triggers, and scheduled batch jobs.
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take collective ownership of the platform, responding to its needs for stability and availability.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for proposed solution development.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development community.
