About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our agile development community, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with our in-house insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality solutions that meet the required standards in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Provide production support through thorough investigations, triage, and fixes.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, prioritizing the use of automated testing standards and techniques.
  • Design and implement custom Lightning Web Components, triggers, and scheduled batch jobs.
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take collective ownership of the platform, responding to its needs for stability and availability.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for proposed solution development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development community.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Clean Code practices, Object Orientation, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Governor Limits, and Salesforce Best Practices.
  • Experience in a similar Salesforce Engineering role and relevant qualifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency across the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of your audience.
