Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development community, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem and its integration with our in-house insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the required quality, design, coding, performance, and security standards.
  • Provide production support through incident investigation, triage, and resolution.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, prioritizing automated testing standards and techniques.
  • Create and support custom Lightning Web Components and triggers, as well as scheduled batch jobs.
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take collective ownership of the platform's stability and availability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Salesforce Engineering role with relevant qualifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Clean Code practices, Object Orientation, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Governor Limits, and Salesforce Best Practices.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to meet the changing needs of the platform and our customers.
  • Proven experience working across the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • A passion for software development, demonstrated through blogging, contributing to open-source projects, and attending tech events.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Desire to innovate and find optimal technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, WCF, SQL, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap would be advantageous.
