About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our agile development community, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with our in-house insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions to the required quality, design, coding, performance, and security standards.
  • Provide production support through investigations of incidents, triage, and fixes.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, prioritizing the use of automated testing standards and techniques.
  • Create and support custom Lightning Web Components and triggers alongside scheduled batch jobs.
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take collective ownership for the platform as a whole, responding to its needs for stability and availability.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Salesforce Engineering role with relevant qualifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Clean Code practices, Object Orientation, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Governor Limits, and Salesforce Best Practices.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable with an ability to meet the changing needs of the platform and our customers.
  • Proven experience working across the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • A passion for software development with demonstration of this passion through blogging, contribution to open-source projects, and attending tech events.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Desire to innovate in order to find optimal technical solutions.
  • Knowledge in the following technologies would be advantageous: C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, WCF, SQL, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
