Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to develop and shape our business/brand in the UK, establishing a sustainable, stand-alone business positioned for accelerated growth with a strong organisation and the necessary commercial and supply chain capabilities in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage negotiations at a senior level, developing and executing the customer's specific strategy to deliver against business and customer objectives.
  • Develop and shape our business/brand in the UK, establishing a sustainable, stand-alone business positioned for accelerated growth.
  • Manage and develop a strong organisation with the necessary commercial and supply chain capabilities in place.

Requirements

  • Experience across emerging brands is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private equity environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and execute a clear strategy.
