Marketing Campaigns Coordinator

About Your New Role
This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. As a Campaigns Executive, you will be an integral member of our Marketing department, supporting Weightmans' marketing processes.
Our Marketing department consists of various teams, including business development, communications, CRM, events, profile raising, and projects. Your primary objectives will include:
- Assisting the team in implementing the marketing plan within budget.
- Executing effective campaigns for the Firm in support of agreed business plan objectives.
- Collaborating with the Campaign Manager and/or Head of Communications & Campaigns on specific projects as required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain clients.
- Involvement in implementing, tracking, and measuring marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with other marketing team members to execute campaigns.
- Working with external agencies, such as designers and printers, to deliver campaign activity.
- Working within a budget and reporting any overspend.
- Writing, editing, and proof-reading copy for marketing materials.
- Ensuring the Firm's brand identity is maintained in campaigns and communication channels.
- Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Maintaining regular measurement of campaign ROI.
- Ensuring accuracy of marketing materials and following formal sign-off procedures.
- Collecting and using data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing ones.
- Responsibility for organizing exhibitions and events.
- Staying up-to-date with the Firm's social strategy and executing across social channels.
- Keeping abreast of current marketing trends.
- Working on specific projects, such as legal directories and research, and assisting with ad-hoc projects within the marketing team.
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities within the role's wider remit. As an Administration Assistant, you will also ensure compliance with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures, and work consistently with our values.
About You
We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual with a minimum of two years' experience in a business-to-business services environment, ideally in professional services. You should have experience developing effective relationships with internal clients, including senior partners, and be commercially aware and astute. You will also need well-developed project and time management skills, organizational and analytical skills, and excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should be confident, assertive, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. A good understanding of social media and the ability to write high-quality copy are also essential. You will be required to spend time in other Weightmans offices, so flexibility is key.
