Marketing Campaigns Coordinator

As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing processes. Our Marketing team consists of various teams, including business development, communications, CRM, events, profile raising, and projects.
Your primary objectives as a Campaigns Executive will include:
- Assisting the team in implementing the marketing plan within budget.
- Executing effective campaigns to support our business plan objectives.
- Collaborating with the Campaign Manager and/or Head of Communications & Campaigns on specific projects as required.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
- Executing integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain clients.
- Participating in the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with other marketing team members to execute campaigns.
- Working with external agencies, such as designers and printers, to deliver campaign activity.
- Managing budgets and reporting any overspend.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading copy for marketing materials.
- Ensuring adherence to our brand identity in campaigns and communication channels.
- Delivering regular reports on campaign results, including web analysis and KPI evaluation.
- Maintaining regular measurement of campaign ROI.
- Ensuring accuracy of marketing materials and following formal sign-off procedures.
- Collecting and using data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing ones.
- Organizing exhibitions and events.
- Staying up-to-date with our social strategy and executing across our social channels.
- Remaining current with marketing trends.
- Working on specific projects, such as legal directories and research, and assisting with ad-hoc projects within the marketing team.
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities within the wider remit of the role. As a Campaigns Executive, you will also ensure compliance with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures, and work consistently in accordance with our values.
About YouWe are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual with a minimum of two years' experience in a business-to-business services environment, ideally in professional services. You should have experience developing effective relationships with internal clients, including senior partners, and be commercially aware and astute. You should also possess well-developed project and time management skills, organizational and analytical skills, and excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should be confident, assertive, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. A good understanding of social media and the ability to write high-quality copy are also essential. You should be flexible, as the role will be based in Liverpool, but you will be required to spend time in other Weightmans offices.
