Job Summary

Job Solutions Ltd is assisting our client in recruiting a temporary Customer Care Manager to join their professional team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing a team of Customer Care Advisors (Contracts and Estimating) and driving efficiency through leadership and process reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Customer Care Advisors to maintain and develop sales of products, handle administrative and service aspects of the ordering cycle, and manage price administration to support the UK Market
  • Drive efficiency through leadership, process reviews, and continual improvement to achieve and exceed departmental KPIs and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and expectations
  • Participate in the Management team within the Customer Care department to contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, driving efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for a professional who can work effectively in a hybrid environment and is flexible to adapt to changing business needs.
