Quality Assurance Manager

A leading global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of their automotive division.
About the Role
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team of quality professionals and ensuring the implementation of quality systems and processes to IATF16949 standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 8D problem solving activity and delegate work to the team
- Audit systems and processes to IATF16949 standard
- Utilise data of quality defects to improve quality processes
- Work closely with other internal business functions to aid in NPI activities across APQP and PPAP submissions
Requirements
You will be a competent Quality professional with proven management experience within an automotive tier 1 or OEM background.
