About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at McElroy Resourcing. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the quality of raw materials and finished products through continuous improvement of operational processes, systems, and standards.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues through swift interaction, including supplier site audits.
  • Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Provide management with regular quality data and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of quality experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • A relevant engineering qualification (HND or higher) or significant demonstrable practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
