Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team at Novumgen. As a Hospital Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and delivering commercial objectives through advanced Key Account Management (KAM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Programmes: Develop and implement commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing.
  2. Market Understanding: Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial threats and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the implications and impact of commercial programmes to various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and supply, to drive business results and achieve commercial objectives.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and internal/external organizations, fostering trust and driving business growth.

Skills Requirements

  1. Sales Experience: Proven experience selling to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups, with a strong understanding of generic and hospital products.
  2. Adaptability: Demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  3. Relationship Building: Showcase your ability to build positive working relationships at all levels, from customers to internal teams.
  4. Presentation Skills: Share examples of your strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Client-Focused Solutions: Provide instances where you delivered client-focused solutions to meet customer needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Negotiation Skills: Emphasize your excellent listening and negotiating skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.
