We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Building relationships within the hospital sector and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Programmes: Develop and implement commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts.
- Market Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and identify commercial threats and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the implications and impact of commercial programmes to various stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments such as marketing, finance, and supply teams.
- Relationship Building: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and internal/external organizations.
Skills Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience selling to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups, especially with generic and hospital products.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.
