We are looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Building relationships within the hospital sector and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Programmes: Be ready to discuss your experience in implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts.
- Market Understanding: Highlight your ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and identify commercial threats and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Emphasize your skills in communicating the implications and impact of commercial programmes to various stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Showcase your experience in collaborating with different departments such as marketing, finance, and supply teams.
- Relationship Building: Provide examples of how you have built and sustained long-term relationships with key customers and internal/external organizations.
Skills Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Discuss your experience selling to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups, especially with generic and hospital products.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.
- Relationship Building: Highlight your ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- Presentation Skills: Share examples of your strong presentation skills.
- Client-Focused Solutions: Provide instances where you delivered client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiation Skills: Emphasize your excellent listening and negotiating skills.
- Numeracy and Attention to Detail: Show your strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Independence: Illustrate your ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Mention your proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
