Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our clinical team in Chelmsford. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients on a Live-In or Home Visit basis, providing one-to-one support in a calm and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with their mental health needs, providing a tailored service that meets their individual requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and carers to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and carers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to Claimont Health LTD's policies and procedures, ensuring that client confidentiality and data protection are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Mental Health Support Worker.
  • Experience working with clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Personality Disorder.
  • Basic computer skills and a current, clean, full car driving license.
  • Post-basic qualifications in healthcare are desirable.
