About The Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our Nursery Team at Butlins Bognor Regis. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role as a key worker, engaging in the planning, organization, and daily operations within the nursery environment. This position entails delivering a dynamic and diverse play program alongside fellow team members, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. You will collaborate with the Nursery Leadership team to provide a consistent and enriching experience for parents, caregivers, and children alike while adhering to the key responsibilities and compliance standards of Butlin's Little Learners Day Nursery.

Our nursery offers an exciting array of activities, recognizing the importance of consistent care. You will contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere, ensuring that each child's developmental needs are met through vigilant monitoring and implementation of safeguarding policies. Proactivity in activity planning, child observation, and maintaining development records will be essential, as well as fostering a stimulating and creative environment within the nursery that features a broad activity program for sessions.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the statutory requirements for safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, coupled with a compassionate and nurturing demeanor towards children. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

This permanent position involves typical working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM, with remuneration provided on a fortnightly basis.

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is essential for this role.
