We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Nursery Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Participating in planning, organisation, and operation within the nursery room
- Providing a stimulating and varied programme of play alongside other team members
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Working alongside the Nursery Leadership team to deliver a consistent experience for parents, carers, and children
- Assisting in providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment for children's development
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements for Safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- A caring and nurturing attitude towards children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is a permanent role with typical working hours covering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:15am and 5:45pm. The role is paid fortnightly.
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is essential for this role.
