About The Role
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Butlin's Bognor Regis Nursery Team. As a key worker, you'll be responsible for planning, organisation, and operation within the room, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Working alongside the Nursery Leadership team, you'll deliver a consistent experience for parents, carers, and children, while adhering to key responsibilities and compliance. Our Nursery provides an exciting activity programme and prioritises consistency of care.
You'll assist in creating a safe, supportive, and caring environment, monitoring and implementing safeguarding policies, and contributing to activity planning, child observation, and development records. Your proactive approach will help develop and deliver a stimulating atmosphere within the Nursery.
About You
We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of statutory requirements for Safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, along with a caring and nurturing attitude towards children. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
This permanent position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.15am and 5.45pm, with fortnightly pay. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is required for this role.
