We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our Nursery Team at Butlin's. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while engaging in their developmental activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key worker, taking responsibility for a group of children and their individual needs.
- Collaborate with team members to plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of play activities.
- Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere that promotes the growth and development of each child.
- Implement safeguarding policies and monitor children's progress through regular observations and records.
- Contribute to creating a stimulating and creative environment that enhances learning experiences.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding protocols and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. A nurturing disposition towards children, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, is essential.
This is a permanent position with standard working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM, with bi-weekly compensation.
Qualifications
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is a mandatory requirement for this role.
