About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Priory, a leading provider of healthcare services. As an Apprentice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients with acquired brain injuries and other needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing support to patients with acquired brain injuries and other needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Previous Brain Injury Services experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
