Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
  • Deliver clinical guidance to the care team, leading, motivating, and mentoring them to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the care home
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, and dignity by delivering the highest standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
Requirements:
