Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Role in our Gynaecology department. As an Administration Role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and efficient secretarial/administrative support to our patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent provision of comprehensive and efficient secretarial/administrative support
  • Use your own initiative, managing, prioritising, planning and organising your own time using extensive knowledge, skills and experience
  • Work as a 'Team Player' to maintain optimum efficiency within the department
  • Support other team members to deliver an efficient administrative/secretarial service
  • Utilise required technology/hospital systems and support other team members to do so
