Financial Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in the preparation of suitability reports, managing the LOA end-to-end process, maintaining client contact, and dealing with all client tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in preparing suitability reports
  • Manage the LOA end-to-end process
  • Maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks
  • Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors
  • Assist with product research

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 18 months + experience of working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
