Job Description

Time Appointments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process premium payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to our financial consultants, including answering phone calls, taking notes, and responding to client inquiries
  • Create new files and maintain up-to-date client and policy records
  • Liaise with third-party providers to obtain client valuations and maintain product knowledge
  • Prepare illustrations and suitability reports for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IFA administration
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • GCSE passes at grades B/Level 6 or above in English or Maths
