We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Nursery Nurse. This role will involve providing support to children and families in various settings, promoting child development and responding to individual and family needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting
- Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to promote child development and well-being
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans for children
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- SVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a childcare setting
- Sound knowledge of child development and a good level of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to work with children with varying abilities and needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a part-time position, working over 3 days. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the service.
