Registered Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Queens Park Care. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of high-quality care within our nursing home in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing care organisation that offers a supportive and positive work culture. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance
  • Collaborating with our regional director and owners to drive occupancy and improve fees
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a fantastic salary of £96,000, a 20% KPI bonus incentive scheme, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory bank holidays). We are committed to investing in your professional development and offer a supportive induction programme.

Interview Process

The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Stage One will involve a video call interview with our owners and regional director, and Stage Two will involve an in-person interview with our owners and regional director.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within medium/large nursing homes
  • Achieved CI Inspection quality grades of 4's and above in all areas
  • Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
  • Possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5
  • ​​​​​​​Clinical qualification is desirable – A proven track record of leading a clinical team is essential
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership
  • Knowledge of Care Inspectorate (CI) Guidelines
  • Driving license and own vehicle are required
Location
