Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager

About the Role:

Queens Park Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join their team at their nursing home in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate guidelines and regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management and budgeting
  • Collaborate with the regional director and owners to achieve business objectives

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Stage One will involve a video call interview with the owners and regional director, followed by a second stage in-person interview.
