We provide vital services to protect children by working with individuals who pose a risk and diverting them from causing harm. We also support those who have been affected by abuse and help professionals create safer environments for children.
Our team is passionate about developing innovative solutions to prevent child sexual abuse. We're seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Partnerships Development Manager to join our team and help drive our business development and funding strategies.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will involve leading the delivery of our business development and funding strategies. You'll work closely with our Director to develop and sustain strategic partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and review resource implications, risk, income potential, and likelihood of success.
You'll also be responsible for leading charitable income generation through writing bids that directly apply for funds from a range of bodies. Developing effective methods to report on the impact of our services and relationship management with funders is a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and funding strategies to drive growth and income
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including charities, social work, and child-facing agencies
- Identify and pursue opportunities for fundraising and income generation
- Develop and manage relationships with funders and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our services and report on outcomes
About You
We're looking for a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and relationship skills. You'll need to have experience in income generation, ideally with a background in charity fundraising or a related field. You'll also need to be able to develop knowledge of national and local policy and strategy to inform business development and influence potential commissioners.
