Student Enquiries Coordinator

The University of Hull is adopting a new professional service delivery model, centralising services to ensure efficient operation and capacity for growth. The Student Service Delivery (SSD) team provides enquiry management and information services for prospective and current students through various channels.
The Future Students Enquiries team in SSD offers customer-focused enquiry management and conversion processes for prospective students, applicants, and agents. As a member of the team, the Student Enquiries Administrator will respond to inbound enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email, and participate in events for prospective students and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound enquiries and provide accurate information to prospective students, applicants, and agents.
- Participate in Open Days, Offer Holder Days, and other events for prospective students and applicants.
- Contribute to outbound call campaigns and communications.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
