Helpdesk Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining PPM records, participating in monthly contract review meetings, reviewing the performance of subcontractors, and raising purchase orders and invoices.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain PPM records for outstanding jobs for engineers
- Participate in monthly contract review meetings
- Review the performance of subcontractors and provide feedback
- Raise purchase orders for materials purchased
- Raise invoices for customers and suppliers
- Run and review progress of works reports and purchase order reports
- Assist with month-end billing
- Attend weekly finance review meetings
- Up to \u00a326,250 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
