We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining PPM records, participating in monthly contract review meetings, reviewing the performance of subcontractors, and raising purchase orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain PPM records for outstanding jobs for engineers
  • Participate in monthly contract review meetings
  • Review the performance of subcontractors and provide feedback
  • Raise purchase orders for materials purchased
  • Raise invoices for customers and suppliers
  • Run and review progress of works reports and purchase order reports
  • Assist with month-end billing
  • Attend weekly finance review meetings
The Offer
  • Up to \u00a326,250 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
