We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain PPM Records for outstanding jobs for engineers
  • Participate in monthly contract review meetings
  • Review the performance of subcontractors and provide feedback
  • Raise purchase orders for materials purchased
  • Raise invoices for customers and suppliers
  • Run and review progress of works reports, purchase order reports
  • Assist with month-end billing
  • Attend weekly finance review meetings
