About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Witherslack Group Ltd. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to our young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, formulate, and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Support the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
  • Collaborate with educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
  • Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams.

Requirements

  • Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
  • Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
  • Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
