Job Overview

As a vital member of our Partner Solution Consulting team in the UK&I region, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future success by collaborating with key partners. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance their sourced business with ServiceNow across various workflows. Additionally, you will develop propositions based on the ServiceNow platform and solutions in partnership with aligned partners. This position demands a blend of strategic, hands-on technical, and consultative skills to facilitate comprehensive solution development and effective solution positioning throughout the partner's sales cycles. You will also work closely with our product-line sales and industry experts to create scalable enablement programs and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

The Solutions Consultant serves as a technical expert with advanced capabilities to create, position, and deliver product-specific solutions for partners during their sales cycles, aiming to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.

  • Act as a technical and domain authority on the ServiceNow platform and solutions for partners.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to assist partners in identifying customer challenges and provide product demonstrations that align our solutions with customer requirements.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from partners and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Steer strategic initiatives within the partner organization, including key customer accounts.
  • Provide insights to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer needs and add further value.
  • Share and acquire best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solutions Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
  • Remain informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a relevant product area.
  • Experience in collaborating with partners.
  • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working in conjunction with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong partner management skills, including pipeline development and collaboration with broader sales teams to ensure execution excellence.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.
