Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team at the Arndale Centre in Manchester. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and supervisors, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the concession manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
