Job Overview

Sodexo, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and quality of life services, is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Senior Leadership Team at HMP Altcourse. This role is critical in ensuring that our HR strategies align with the business goals, enabling our teams to thrive in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions that maximize team performance and foster a culture of inclusivity.
  • Oversee a diverse HR team, providing leadership and direction to ensure effective people management across the prison.
  • Enhance leadership and senior management's awareness of HR processes and systems, leading to improved business performance.
  • Focus on data-driven decision-making, using insights to implement measurable actions that improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Substantial HR generalist experience.
  • Proven organisational development and design experience, with a strong focus on change processes, including both collective and individual consultation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence with integrity.
  • Commercial acumen and experience in business partnering at a senior level within a matrix organisation.
  • CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
