**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process and reconcile invoices accurately and timely.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain accounts payable files and records.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within the accounting and finance team.
  • Adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

**Requirements**

  • An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
