The role will involve daily accurate reporting and trend analysis related to Warehouse Shift performance. To co-ordinate and support the implementation and maintenance of Performance monitoring tools, ensuring it's sustainability in line with Operational Management system requirements.
This will be a 4 on / 4 off rotational role - 06:30 to 18:30
Key Accountabilities :
Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status and Productivity information on a 2 hourly basis.
Monitor and track operational performance on a real time basis, circulate to operational teams and report anomalies.
Maintain process of capturing daily activities from 121's, process confirmations and Excellence school training to work.
Assist in the development and provision of KPI reports to the Operational team on a daily and weekly basis.
Collection of current daily/weekly data to assist with historic trend analysis.
Complete tasks applicable to daily resource planning from the Resource Planning and Training manager.
Co-ordinate headcount plan with the Resource Planning and Training Manager on an ongoing basis.
Ensure the Warehouse operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume through-puts.
Track attendance of all employees and indicate deviations to Manager and communicate any updates.
Requirements for the role :
1 Year plus in Supply Chain environment
1-3 Years experience in Resource Planning and/or Data Administrative role
Strong administration skills and experience with data entry and manipulation
High Level of IT literacy, advanced skill level is essential
Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports
Excellent organisational skills
Good interpersonal, motivational and planning skills
