We are working on behalf of a globally recognised motorcycle brand to recruit an Intern Technical Administrator (12 month FTC) for their Bruntingthorpe UK site. This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresh intern to start your first industry experience in the finance and commercial sector.
As part of the programme management team you can expect to:
- Manage employee reimbursement process, including validating and confirming requests, ensuring adherence to SLA and policy and timely payments
- Reconciliation of vendor payments undertaken and planned at the end of each month and alerting stakeholders of action pending
- Working with the program management team, goods-in, accounts and payables and external suppliers
To apply for this Intern Technical Administrator role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Undergraduate trainee level / A Levels completed
- Self-motivation and keen to learn and explore a variety of parts of the business
- An understanding of IT equipment
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
