Job Summary
Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Capital Projects Manager to join our team. As a Capital Projects Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of capital projects, including construction, refurbishments, and installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinical staff, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and Planning: Work with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and implement project designs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Tendering and Procurement: Manage the tendering process for capital projects, ensuring that contracts are awarded to the most suitable suppliers.
- Site Management: Oversee the construction and installation of capital projects, ensuring that works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all capital projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
- Cost Management: Manage the budget for capital projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and that value for money is achieved.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the progress of capital projects, and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience of managing capital projects, including construction, refurbishments, and installations.
