- As a Lead Care Support Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, your primary responsibility will be to cater to the varied needs of our residents, ensuring the provision of exceptional, individualized care and assistance.
- Your duties will encompass guiding and inspiring a team of committed Care Support Workers in partnership with the Deputy General Manager. You will also play a vital role in assisting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care evaluations.
- Like every member of our team, as a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will honor the dignity and choices of our residents while contributing to fostering a warm, welcoming, and vibrant atmosphere.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- To be considered for the Lead Care Support Specialist position, you should hold an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Furthermore, a robust understanding of elderly clinical care is essential.
- We are looking for compassionate, empathetic individuals who are committed to delivering tailored care and support to each resident.
