Support Worker - Active Care Group

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our client with a spinal cord injury to live an independent and active lifestyle in their own home and out in the community.

About the Role:

  • Support our client with daily living tasks, including personal care, domestic duties, and mobility assistance.
  • Accompany our client on outings and activities, such as walks, bike rides, and day trips, to promote an active lifestyle.
  • Assist our client with hobbies and interests, including painting and cooking.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our client.

Requirements:

  • Passion for supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries.
  • Kind and caring nature.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
