About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our client with a spinal cord injury to lead an independent and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our client with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
  • Accompany our client on outings and activities, such as walks and bike rides, to promote an active lifestyle
  • Assist our client with mobility and handling, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our client
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and promoting an active lifestyle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Full UK driving license
