Email and Loyalty Marketing Executive

The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Email and Loyalty Marketing Executive to join their team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and managing email campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop and structure loyalty programs to reward and retain customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners and internal teams, to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and e-commerce within a retail or B2C environment.
  • Proven experience in email marketing within a B2B organization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative loyalty strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
