We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronic & Controls Technician to join our team at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex mechatronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechatronic systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechatronic systems into larger projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechatronic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and maintenance instructions.

Requirements:
