About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at Kier Group. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of civil and structural related services in both Temporary and Permanent Works throughout the Kier business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and checking of Temporary Works, above and below ground, in all materials, integrated with Permanent Works design if applicable.
  • Delivery of alternative solutions and value engineering to enhance Kier's reputation and competitive position.
  • Tender stage and bid winning support, focusing on buildability, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Technical assessment and review of 3rd party designs, ensuring compliance with the brief to meet client and Kier requirements.
  • Manage and mentor other junior KPS staff.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer or looking to become Chartered.
  • Interest in Temporary Works Design or experience in the field.
  • Full UK driving licence.
