Job Title: Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our consumer design team at Treatwell. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our consumer product experiences, growing the consumer design team, and working closely with our Product Management, Product Engineering, and senior leadership to deliver stunning and effective work.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Design of Consumer Product Experiences: You will be responsible for shaping and delivering our consumer design process to launch products and services, advancing Treatwell's design maturity by improving processes, supporting and coaching your cross-functional team, and inspiring the wider company.
  • Grow the Consumer Design Team: You will be responsible for growing the consumer design team to meet business demands and employee development needs, creating new workflows to improve the team's internal activities, as well as the collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our Product Management, Product Engineering, and senior leadership to deliver stunning and effective work, overseeing all consumer product design development, including strategic collaboration with Product Managers, Heads of Product, and stakeholders.

  • Team First Mentality: You have a team-first mentality, willing to take risks and learn, with a relentlessly customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven Track Record: You have a proven track record of leading strong and effective design processes, with a portfolio that demonstrates thorough case studies or projects, a strong propensity for problem analysis, a good awareness of the tools needed to solve it, and a valuable output that gives evidence of good aesthetic sensitivity supported by a solid UX process.
  • Business Acumen: You have strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting customer centricity and a high bar for design quality.
  • Communication Skills: You have masterful communication in a multi-cultural, pan-european business environment, verbal and written, with a strong ability to collaborate and work in a highly collaborative way.
