Join our dynamic team as a Client Support Specialist at Certas Energy UK Ltd, where you will play a vital role in our Lubricants division.

As a key member of the Client Services team, your enthusiasm for providing exceptional service will shine through as you assist both new and existing clients.

In your role as a Client Support Specialist, you will handle client orders and inquiries received via phone or email. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying product availability and addressing technical inquiries related to our offerings.
  • Collaborating with our logistics and operations teams to follow up on pending orders, ensuring clients are kept informed of any updates or changes.
  • Supporting the sales teams with administrative tasks, including managing pricing documents, preparing quotes, and facilitating the onboarding process for new clients.

You will work in close partnership with our logistics and warehouse teams to ensure we deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
