Position Overview

As the Venue Sales Director, you will spearhead the sales strategy at one of Troika's premier locations. This pivotal role is essential for transitioning the sales approach from reactive to proactive, aiming to significantly boost bookings for events such as conferences, weddings, and meetings. You will be tasked with crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives, nurturing robust relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with the Food and Beverage Operations team to develop enticing event packages. Furthermore, you will provide support to the on-site sales team, ensuring a uniform and professional approach to client service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly within the hospitality or events sector, with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth. A commercially astute mindset, coupled with a strategic approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, is essential. Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is advantageous, as you will guide on-site sales efforts.
