Requirements:
- Proven experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3, 4, or 5 adult and child care diploma.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
