Adult Care Services Director

We are a dynamic and expanding care service provider located in the UK, dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a variety of settings. Our mission is to improve the lives of those we serve through compassionate, person-centred care. As our existing Registered Care Manager moves onto other things after a wonderful period with us, we are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our dedicated team.

As a Registered Care Manager at Caremark UK Ltd, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our care services. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients, oversee the day-to-day operations, and drive the continued growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  3. Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  5. Ensure effective financial management and budgeting of the care service, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  6. Drive business growth and development within the healthcare industry, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. A recognised management qualification in healthcare or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
  3. Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in healthcare, including CQC and other relevant regulations.
  4. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes, with a passion for leading and managing a team of care professionals.
