- Commercial & Relationship Management: Manage stakeholders to maximize profitability and drive business growth.

- Quality Assurance: Support technological advancements and current processes to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements:
- 3 years of consulting experience within a consulting firm.
- Experience working in adult social care or local government.
- Ability to manage a team, mentor, and develop colleagues.
- Business development and commercial skills.
- Understanding of Adult Social Care.

- Base salary range of £90,000-£115,000.
